i would l ike to say how smooth and easy the sale process was with Roy from marando real estate, and his team for my property, at 9 cockburn crescent fairfield east. it was sold and dusted in 2 weeks of campianing and we collected our 10% at our targeted price. Throughout the selling process Roy keep me infomed of all offers from buyers and the latest comunications with the buyers...we would constantly get updates throughout the day so i did not have to call and find out. which as a seller we want the latest updates which Roy delivered.
