Really can't say enough about the professional and dedicated service Vern produced. There is no doubt in my mind our sale would have fallen through without the exceptional service and extra effort shown. A bad conveyancing experience put our sale at jeopardy the day before settlement, significant effort and time by Vern ensured a solution to enable the settlement to go through. From the start the professional pitch, advertising and open house presentation services were impressive. The unique features of the property were identified and utilised in advertisement to produce high numbers through open house and multiple offers. Contract was signed in 5 days from release. This is our second experience with Vern and we didn't consider calling anyone else, best decision we could have made.
