Lyndon helped us sell our Mum’s home after she moved to a care home. We were initially overwhelmed with the task as Mum and Dad has lived there for 20 years and there were a lot of emotions involved. Lyndon actually project managed (at no extra cost to us) all the repairs, repainting, cleaning, new carpets, garden tidy, and general updating and staging that meant when we put the house on the market it was bright, sparkling, fresh and clean - perfect for someone to move right in.
