We had placed out Unit with another Agent for a period of 3 months, without receiving any offers, even though we had dropped the price considerably, and changed the listing to - All Reasonable Offers considered. We then placed it with Tyler Bean of Plum Property, who impressed us with not only his knowledge of the area, but his willingness to arrange the very best advertising and photographs of our Unit, and to hold open homes. His feedback and attention to detail was impressive, and within a few weeks our Unit was sold.
