Loved having Vern as our agent. He's one of a kind holding my hand every step of the way while selling our family home. The decision to sell one's home can be an emotional one and the actual process of doing that can be difficult and stressful. I am pleased to give Daniel this recommendation because he made selling my home a painless and effortless process and ultimately was able to negotiate a much higher price for it than I imagined or hoped for. He did everything he said he was going to do and did it with intelligence, grace and care. He communicated regularly and if any problem arose in terms of presenting the house well, he offered to help solve the problem - and he did. I would not hesitate to employ his firm again and I would recommend him to anyone who asked. Not only is Daniel an excellent agent, it is clear he is also attempting to "raise the level" of the profession he has chosen and I think he is doing it very well.

The mould of the stereotype Real Estate agent has been broken with Daniel Lee. Daniel has remained in contact with me over many years, mainly just a phone call or an email nothing obtrusive. Recently I had a requirement to place my property on the market and I immediately contacted Daniel without hesitation. What a fun ride we have had over a few months. Finally my property was available to go on the market and Daniel suggested various options for the sale of the property and together we agreed a way forward. With heaps of laughs, cups of coffee and the utmost of professionalism the first open house was held, within three days, yes three days there was a contract on the property and a subsequent settlement within 30 days as promised. If you are thinking of selling your property in the Taringa area Daniel Lee is your man. I have always been told to be wary of real estate agents - not to trust them. Indeed, I have experienced some interesting characters in this field recently. But, this one is different. Daniel Lee is different. A few months ago now, Daniel helped us realize the opportunity we had to sell our townhouse and upgrade to a bigger family home. Since that time, he helped us prepare our property for sale, get it on the market, and had it sold after our first open inspection. No problems, no hiccups. It has been a big journey, and we couldn't be happier. Along this journey, Daniel has been very supportive and generous with his time and knowledge. He displayed a very high level of professionalism and skill in his business, and a level of sensitivity at the inevitable times when the sale felt overwhelming or difficult. We used Daniel to sell our unit in Toowong. He listened to our requirements, made useful suggestions, and thoroughly marketed the property. He kept us informed at every stage and when a difficulty arose he made well thought out suggestions on actions to take. We think he had to work to earn his money on this one but his calm assurance was always at the forefront of his actions.
