During the whole sale process, Daniel kept up great communication, informing me weekly on every inspection, with valuable good and bad feedback. Even though it is a tough market to sell units right now, Daniel still managed to pull it off, and made the sale process seem steady. It is by no surprise, that Daniels agency is out performing all the local big name agents, as he has built up a solid reputation to get the job done. We had placed out Unit with another Agent for a period of 3 months, without receiving any offers, even though we had dropped the price considerably, and changed the listing to - All Reasonable Offers considered. We then placed it with Tyler Bean of Plum Property, who impressed us with not only his knowledge of the area, but his willingness to arrange the very best advertising and photographs of our Unit, and to hold open homes. His feedback and attention to detail was impressive, and within a few weeks our Unit was sold. Even though the contract was signed, he kept in touch regularly with us through the following six weeks, just to ensure everything was smooth sailing until settlement. I would not hesitate to recommend Tyler to sellers or anyone wishing to purchase. We would certainly engage Tyler again should we wish to reinvest or sell.

Vern was amazing from start to finish. He advised on what little extra things needed to be done around the house and garden which could help with the selling price and he communicated with us in a very clear and precise manner. We were travelling overseas when the house went on the market and Vern kept us up to date with daily status emails which was incredibly reassuring.
