Received a referral from my brother as Ajay sold his place. He came with great recommendation due to his professionalism and outstanding sales history. Meeting with him on day one, he and his team were extremely polite and courteous. We had a price set in mind and he agreed it was achievable. From the day the listing went live online, we accepted an offer within 3 days!!! Didn't require an open home. Fantastic experience throughout the whole process. Photographer took amazing photos, communication was great between all parties involved. Highly recommend Ajay Kumar for anyone buying or selling. Ajay was very helpful in getting the house we desired including introducing me to a very helpful mortgage broker and a great solicitor. There was a minor hiccup during handover. However the overall experience was amazing.
