Knowing I had to buy into at auction with no prior experience was a very daunting feeling, but with each inspection Ajay and his sales team greeted me with a big smile and happily answered all my questions. On the day they made me feel at ease and although I was successful it was also a much more enjoyable process thanks to Ajay and his team

Kostya was recommended to us by another family member who had sold their house. Kostya showed a great attention to detail to make sure we got a very good price for our home, we are very happy with the result. Kostya started as our agent, and now he is our friend.

We were happy with the good customer service, in the end the negotiation skills really helped get us a fantastic price, much higher than what we originally paid for the home. We would recommend Kosty and the team at harcourts.

We would like to thank Kostya for his efforts with the sale of our home in Karabar. We are pleased with the knowledge and skill he showed through the campaign, ultimately he gave us very good advice at the auction,he recommended we show more patience and try to get a better price. (We were presented with an offer on the day that we wanted to accept). Ultimately only a few weeks later the home sold for a much higher price. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling a home. He really does try his best for his clients!

We are very pleased to have retained Kostya for the sale of our property. He was very easy to deal with and has a very friendly, approachable and professional manner. We took some time to decide whether to proceed with the sale but as soon as we did Kostya immediately launched a very impressive sales campaign that achieved a price for us that was well beyond what we were expecting. We are very happy customers and remain very grateful to Kostya for his hard work and dedication.

Our family experience with Kostya dates back to first meeting in 2018 for a valuation. The presentation that was returned was prompt & precise giving us true market indications of surrounding areas. My father was extremely impressed with Kostya & Harcourts so upon dads passing I contacted agency to get advice on what I should do to make place more marketable. Their care factor in reference to my bereavement was lovely too, arriving home to flowers & a condolence card. He walked the property giving valuable advice which I engaged prior to renovations & marketing property for sale. From start to finish I was given support, provided with all information requests & the marketing was fantastic. Thankyou Kostya & team from Harcourts Belconnen you have been so supportive in our journey & you found our old very loved family home a wonderful new family. All the best in 2021 & again our sincerest gratitude for your incredible provision of services
