Kostya has been amazing as our agent and exceeded expectations. Kostya spent the time to get to know our wants, offered advice regarding where to invest to get the greatest return and took the time to explain the process/answer our questions. Our property was sold in less than a week and finalised shortly thereafter. Highly recommend reaching out to Kostya if you're looking for a trusted agent. It was a pleasure working together and we will definitely be reaching out again in future.

Kostya did an amazing job selling my apartment. After months on the market with another real estate agent, Kostya sold my property after one open house. He is experienced, professional, reliable and communicative. I would recommend Kostya to sell your property any day!

Drew was our first personal contact with Town Residential, months before we were ready to sell our property. We already had another Agent in mind, but it was largely due to Drew's quiet, thoughtful and undemanding attitude at that first informal encounter that Town Residential was given the opportunity to make a presentation as our sales agent which was successful. Drew worked in conjunction with Kostya Logvinov during the promotion and sale. Drew & Kostya were always very well presented and punctual. They were well aware of the value of the infrastructure on our rural property, and they were genuinely enthusiastic about the property which we are sure encouraged interest from people attending the open days in a market affected by rapidly rising interest rates. They kept in touch with us throughout. Their tact and patience were assets in the negotiation with the successful prospective buyers of inclusions in the sale contract. We have no hesitation in recommending Drew & Kostya.

Kostya sold my house at auction. He was very clear about the process and the market. He worked with me through the listing process and gave me time to sort my house out (after 20 years) before sale. There was no pressure.
