Exceptional service from start to finish

Rebecca made the whole process of listing our home for rent simple and stress-free. She was professional, responsive and easy to deal with from the start, and arranged amazing photography that presented the property beautifully. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and we had tenants secured within days of the first open home. We really appreciated how easy Rebecca made the process for us and the care she took in getting everything right. Now that our home is leased, it is also reassuring to know we have Jason looking after the property moving forward. He has communicated clearly from the outset and made the transition into property management incredibly easy for us. Amazing! Helped us secure a rental fast and in the area we wanted. Darcy was very helpful.

We had applied for a rental property and when I followed up with a phone call the property had already been approved by someone else. However, they assisted with changing the application to another property in the same area that had not yet been advertised which we were able to secure without issue. As we couldn't inspect in person, they provided a visual tour. Very prompt responses and following up. Very impressed and will highly recommend for anyone moving to Brisbane from Central QLD.
