As most of us have experienced, rental tenants are at the mercy of agents and owners. Our last 2 leases ended in tears with these people discarding us like curbside pickup, all in the name of profit. This year we encountered the exception to the rule. When the owner got weird, Troya recognised the value of of 2 fulltime workers that paid rent and took care of the property. She fought for us, and when the dispute was lost, she immediately found us 2 options. Its nice to know people like her are out there.

This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency.
