We bought our house from ARENA and was very impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service. When we acquired our investment property, we briefly used the property management service from another provider which we inherited from the previous owner. After a careful selection process, ARENA stood out as out best option and we couldn’t be happier about the decision. I would highly recommend ARENA.

As most of us have experienced, rental tenants are at the mercy of agents and owners. Our last 2 leases ended in tears with these people discarding us like curbside pickup, all in the name of profit. This year we encountered the exception to the rule. When the owner got weird, Troya recognised the value of of 2 fulltime workers that paid rent and took care of the property. She fought for us, and when the dispute was lost, she immediately found us 2 options. Its nice to know people like her are out there.

Extremely efficient and always polite and kind staff. Never waited very long on the phone when I called them. Any issue with the property was solved quickly. Exiting the property at end of lease was smooth and easy. Cant recommend this team enough.

I rented a property through EResidential agency from 2014 to 2026. During that time I found property managers Ivan and Sonya to be polite and helpful if I had a query. Rent inspections were professional and unobtrusive. Necessary repairs were carried out promptly. Communication was open and honest via email and over the phone. I highly recommend EResidential and the above named agents and would rent with them again if I were to return to the Sunnybank/ Mt Gravatt area

Kandace is an exceptional property manager who helped us fast-track renovations (full re-paint & carpet, a/c install, and minor maintenance items) ahead of procuring a new tenant at the right weekly rent. We live in NSW, but it felt like we had our own Project Manager on site in QLD ! Kandace was fantastic at organising the trades and would call us immediately anything needed to be discussed. Following the refurb, Kandace was quick to get the property on the market and leased to a quality tenant at the right price. This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. Both Harry Stallman and Adele Romans have been absolutle professionals and just a delight to work with.
