Jay and he's team at Manor Realeste are the best agents I've dealt with. He was very professional, knew the market and had a great understanding of the industry. Jay was always honest with his feedback and added value to our property with a strong Marketing campaign with regular communications and market reviews. Jay assisted us in selling our property more than Half a million dollars above the reserve and one of if not the highest price in the area for 2020. I can only speak highly if Jay and his team and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a agent and I would be more than happy to share my experience to anyone thinking of using Manor Frealestate

Harry was part of the agency team that recently sold our property in The Ponds. He was great to have at the open home as he had a calming vibe about him. Everything looked under control. We sold within 1 week, so we couldn't be happier. Thanks again Harry!

I have been known Igor for numbers of years when I wanted a rental appraisal of my family house, at the time I was sick of standard local real estate agents' attitude. So I tried something new, contacted Igor. His approach was different and gave us a higher rental appraisal at the time ! 3 years later, I had to have the property appraisal, Igor was so confident to the area's (Hills district) property trends, his useful market knowledge made us move very quickly to make clear decision. He also gave us great hints and tips for recommending what we must to do to put the property to the market. We were overwhelmed at the beginning as his speedy action and precise steps made us moving forward. Manor's culture is also different, good different. Their team work is effective and fantastic! Without Igor's enthusiastic and professionalism in the Real Estate /property market, we are unable to reach to such a fantastic outcome in the end. Highly recommend to meet Igor at least once in your life!

Igor is professional, knowlegeable with the market and provided honest advice to us. It was a smooth process selling our property from start to finish without headache or issues. Igor always responded to text and emails. Besides selling our property, Igor has helped us over the years with advice on purchasing other properties. We would recommend Igor and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell. We thank you for your time, effect and assistance throughout. We wish you luck and all the best! Thank you Jenny & Bryan

Scott has provided a friendly service to us as a buyer of a property in Winston Hills - he answered all our questions prior to the auction. After winning the bid, he also provided very good customer services to connect us with the then owner of the house. Overall, it was a very good and friendly experience to deal with Scott. Highly recommended agent.
