Zach was excellent at nurturing the professional relationship and therefore gave me the peace of mind that I was in good hands with the sale of my property. Zach had taken the time to understand my needs as a vendor and could give me clear advice regarding my specific sale. The sale of a house is very stressful, and I didn't particularly like the reports on potential buyers comments, as off course they have their own agenda. However I accepted it as part of the process. Jay is a very confident and qualified agent. He knowledge of the area was outstanding and this was evident in the number of homes he has sold in Baulkham Hills. The price he told us, that he had in mind for our property, was higher than what we expected and Jay reached that price in one open home in one weekend and no internet advertising was required. The level of service we received from Zach and his team, Matt and Joel was exceptional and at no point did we feel that our expectations were not met. My initial contact with Team Eadie started with a chat with Joel and its his regular market updates over a period of approximately 15 months that made me contact Manor when we decided to sell. This was followed by Zach's visit and subsequent recommendations. Zach and Matt kept us up to date and well informed throughout the campaign.
