Sold in the first week
I would recommend Jay to anyone thinking of selling their home. I found him to be courteous and very approachable. His knowledge of the value of homes in the Hills was spot on. He was very helpful in organizing contractors to assist in getting our home ready for sale and was always available to answer any questions. Thanks Jay for a speedy, satisfying sale. Our home sold at the first showing!

Jay is the top gun
The first time I met with Jay as I was coming late for an inspection and he was kindly enough to stay back to allow me extra time to look around the house and answered all my questions with patience and sincerely. Jay possesses very rich industry knowledge, has a very sharp and precise point of view and he is a master of communication. Jay also demonstrate great leadership when working with his team member during the transaction. Jay reminds of Maverick in Top Gun.
