I must admit after many years of experience I was not confident about dealing with yet another fast-talking, high spinning, real estate salesman, but Rinat has certainly altered my perspective. What sold us to begin with, besides his manners and presentation, was his calm, very likeable attitude and his confidence & knowledge of the marketplace. The tracking that his software does, on prospective buyers (and sellers) that deal with Manor, is very impressive indeed and shows that this agency has an innovative approach to the conversion of leads to sales via social media and good old fashioned follow-up.
