Picking an agent was easy when meeting Igor Jugovic. He is honest and personable and has a high professional ethic. His advice, planning and insight is spot on. He had been quietly guiding us with absolutely no pressure over 12 months. Above all, Igor has made the sale of our house very smooth and easy for us. It felt like he had hand picked the purchaser, who will now become the guardians of this amazing property.

We couldn’t speak more highly of Jay’s services. He and his staff were all friendly, caring and professional in their manner and got the job done without complications. They achieved a sales figure we were happy with in an off- market sale on the first “open”, and have continued in their service past the exchange and ongoing towards settlement. They have made putting your house on the market a smooth-running, painless and positive experience. We highly recommend Jay Bacani and his team.
