Working with Zach Eadie during our Auction campaign was the simplest and most stress-free part of our relocation. He clearly explained his strategy and gave us a realistic summary of how the market was performing in our area. We had seen Zach’s results in neighbouring streets and spoken to those clients, who were also very impressed with his work. Zach got our marketing campaign underway within four days of signing. The photographers and videographers assigned to document our home were prompt and professional. Potential buyers were streaming through our property a few days later and this continued on every one of our eight open home sessions. There were two to three agents on site including Zach and his sales associate Matt, for each of our open homes, making sure that people were registered and on hand to explain all the features within our property. We met with Zach weekly and discussed our progress and the buyer’s feedback. This was also presented to us in hard copy format for us to review, along with Domain.com and Real Estate.com statistics. On auction day, the house was buzzing with registered bidders, and heaps of Manor agents, all encouraging bidders. The auctioneer chosen by Zach, Jerome, was amazing. He worked hard to extend the bidding beyond what we thought would be the limit. Choosing Zach at Manor to sell our home was certainly the right decision for us. I have never sold a property before, I asked a good mate who has sold plenty how to go about it. He said don’t even think about purple bricks or doing it yourself somehow. He said find out the top three sellers for your area, meet all of them face to face and go with the one you like the most. I met them all, liked Rinat easily the most and am convinced I made the right choice. Cool, calm and collected through the entire process and it rubs off on you.
