Throughout the process of selling our home with Manor we dealt with numerous members of the team. We found them all to be courteous, diligent, enthusiastic and friendly. I am happy with the result and know that i'd be happy to buy through Manor as well as sell again with them. Thanks to Jay, Igor and the team at Manor.

After many months of trying to sell our property with other agents, we found Manor Realestate's advertisement on a bus that led us to Jay Bacani. We found Jay to be the right agent to sell our home as he sold it fast (on the first open home), at the right price and to the right buyer, making the process easy for us. He took the time to visit us after hours and provided detailed explanation allowing us to make the right decision. Jay has tremendous knowledge in selling homes and we recommend his service to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. We will be definitely using Jay's knowledge and services in purchasing our next property. regards, Rav & Ashika Seepersad

Our experience with Igor and Jay is best described as professional and patient. We decided to engage their boutique agency for their personal approach and recent sales success in the area. Their ability to engage our potential buyers as well as their ongoing communication with us throughout the process allowed us to be fully informed. They were always available to discuss any queries we had - their knowledge and honest feedback we received was reassuring. Ultimately, their ability to achieve the target price range is an indication of their commitment to their clients. We look forward recommending their services to our friends. With our thanks, Christian & Gabriella

Igor and Declan were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They both gave me confidence that they could sell my number one asset for top dollar. They are very passionate about what they do and I have to say I was extremely impressed with their marketing campaign. It is savy and market leading. I had not seen marketing like this previously. I believe one of the most important aspects to a successful sale is the marketing, Manor a definitely a leader in this field. Throughout the sale process I was always kept well informed, daily or twice daily phone calls at a minimum. Igor is a professional in all aspects of the business. I always felt confident in his ability to get me a great outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Igor and his team. It was a smooth sailing experience for me, cant thank you enough for such a great experience.

My property was on the market for a couple of months before Jay took over, he sold it in just one week and achieved my asking price. I am very happy with his service, he did a very good property brochure to demonstrate the selling points of my property also clearly indicate the price range. He understood what the buyers want and introduces the right property to suit their needs.

After a lot of research over several years, which included attending many auction sales by different agents, we decided that Jay Bacani was by far the best agent to sell our home. Our decision proved correct as Jay met and exceeded all our expectations. We found Jay to be a most honest, reliable, friendly, and well mannered man who treated us and our home with the utmost respect. We have no hesitation in recommending Jay and Manor Real Estate to anyone seeking an excellent agent.
