Jay Bacani and the team from Manor RE were very professional and easy to communicate with. Jay always made time available to discuss any issue and listened to feedback. He made the sale of my home basically stress free and the price I obtained way exceeded expectation with a fantastic price achieved. Jay and his team work very hard to achieve a great outcome and stress free sale. I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent.

We can not thank Jay enough for the wonderful job he has done in selling our home. His expertise, professionalism and level of care totally exceeded our expectations. Jay has made this experience a lot less stressful with his excellent knowledge of the local market and he also really listened to what we wanted and needed from our agent. He has guided us through this time so well and he has truly gone above and beyond what we expected. We would highly recommend Jay to anyone selling in the Hills. His team truly want the best for every vendor and take the time to get to know your personally. He is able to communicate so well and goes beyond what you would expect from your agent, at any time or day of the week. Jay always seems to be working and working hard for the best result, which he got for us! It is the small things that he has done that have made this experience run so smoothly. We wish him every success with Manor and know to expect great things in the future of this company. We would not hesitate to buy or sell through him again.

Jay is truly the real estate "KING" of Baulkham Hills. Having bought and sold a good few times already, this is undoubtedly the best experience we have had till date. Right from the moment we met Jay, it took us no time to feel the connection and confidence that we were in the best of hands. Jay and his selective team of well informed agents are professional, well presented, easy to deal with and super efficient in their ideas in organising the minutest of all things. The marketing, follow ups, ideas on decor, inspections, negotiation and closing off the deal was neat and crisp. Their niche strategy is miles ahead of time! We are extremely happy with his serviceability and wish him and the team at Manor the best of journey! PS: Special thanks to Ellie, Zach and Paul who we know did all the hard yards in the background. Good luck guys! Thanks. Happy Sellers

We met Igor in couple of auctions but none of them were successful for us , but he promised that he will find us the right one soon and he did it. He is very friendly , positive and incredibly responsive, we couldn’t have made this happen without his help.Just the type of person you need when looking to buy or sell your house. He’s a personable, competent and confident guy and we felt comfortable with him immediately.I assure that he will be my first choice for my future projects and I strongly recommend him for buying and selling houses.

Jay is a highly skilled, master negotiator with attention to detail. He works hard on the campaign and his professionalism has been a pleasure to deal with. Jay has gone above and beyond in his duty by being kind enough to give advise, recommendations and even trade contacts to make the preparation for sale as smooth as possible. His Manor team has executed everything swiftly and the diligent process from beginning to the end has made a massive difference to the result. Jay doesn't just sell property, he smashes records!!. For us the result was a complex record, probably the highest price EVER achieved for a 3 bedroom unit.

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with the sale of our property. Through constant communication, strong local knowledge we worked together to gain a price we were extremely happy with. Sale took just a little over a week and after one open home. Jay and Manor's growing credibility in the Hills Area is second to none. We are extremely happy with our choice of agent who delivered on areas and more. We highly recommend Jay and Manor to all prospective sellers in the area.
