seriously, it's rare in daily life in Sydney that you meet someone who is actually passionate about what they do for a living. Someone that focuses on quality over quantity. We were lucky enough to meet Taylor Bredin when we first purchased our land years ago. We then asked him to sell our property in Tallawong. Firstly, Taylor is a gem of a bloke, which is part of the reason he garners so much trust from potential buyers. Secondly, he really loves what he does, which is just evident when you talk to him for a minute. Thirdly, he worked day and night to get us the highest possible price. he could have settled at a lower price to close the sale faster, but that's not in Taylor's ethic. He pushed and pushed for us. In the end, he achieved a record sale price in Tallawong (literally) BEFORE auction and saved us many grey hairs.

It's a regrettable decision that we didn't choose Ash as our agent to sell our property, however, this gave us a valuable opportunity to see how Ash outperformed other agents to deliver amazing outcome. We had our property listed with another agent for over 3 months initially, spending over $15k on styling, campaign etc as requested without any reasonable offer received. We were really shocked that such an amazing house couldn’t be sold for more than 3 months! With limited communications, feedback and strategies from that agent, we decided to have Ash represent our property. Ash arranged everything before the campaign when we travelled overseas, giving us a peace of mind without worrying anything. When the campaign started, we received detailed feedback straightaway after each open home. He called us or left us a message for every opportunity or suggestion, on the contrary, for our previous agent, we struggled to reach him and it was normal that you heard nothing after open, no calls, no feedback, no summary. Ash is result driven, grabbing every opportunity for a possible outcome. In two weeks’ time, he sold our house! This is really amazing. He knows we have other investment opportunity to move on, hence, he tries everything he could to sell this house within such a short period of time. We are so lucky to eventually find such a smart, professional and experienced agent to represent our house. I will only recommend Ash to all friends around me. Don’t waste your time with others, once you have Ash, you have all!
