We bought our unit from Jay 4 years back and were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. So when it came time to sell our unit, we reached out to Jay again and were extremely happy with the outcome. We enjoyed dealing with Jay in the sale of our home. He displayed an excellent knowledge of the properties moving in our suburb. He gave us an honest and genuine idea of what he believed the property was worth and what he could get for us. These numbers lined up well with what our own homework on the properties sold and for sale in our area suggested. This was refreshing when compared to other agents who had come in waving big (yet unrealistic) numbers about in a ridiculous attempt to acquire our business. The advertising campaign was not required to save additional cost. the outcomes were slick and professional. All was delivered exactly as was our expectations after Jay thoroughly explained and very quick sale within two days with great expectations numbers.
