I was dealing with a deceased estate. Prior to her death, my sister-in-law advised me she would like Jay, of Manor Real Estate, to deal with the sale of the house. Her and Jay had been in contact over several years. Following her death; I checked on Manor RE, read the reviews and look at Jay's record of sales. Jay was the consummate professional from the time I met him until the house was sold at auction. Although initially dealing with one Jay's assistants, due to Jay's absence for personal reasons, once the house became available for sale Jay took control of proceedings. Although from the initial appraisal until the house was available for sale was 12 months, Jay kept in contact with advice and updates on the market value. Jay' appraisals of the market were quite accurate in a climate of rising interest rates. The Sale Proposal was excellent outlining all to do with the sale from advertising, to a calendar; outlining initial advertising, to house opens and to the auction. Progress reports, with regards to the house opens were informative and timely. The auction was seamless and achieved an above-valuation result. Thanks Jay and Team Manor, an excellent job all round.
