After the first unsuccessful attempt to sell our house with a different agent, we spent significant amount of time to select a new one. After many considerations we have chosen Faz. And our experience was so different from the very start. Faz kept us well informed of every step in the sale process and provide detailed feedback after every inspection. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with this process. We felt confident that this time we were in good hands. Faz achieved a great sale price for us just after two weeks being on market. We were thrilled with the quick result. A true professional and great agent. We highly recommend Faz to anyone who is looking to sell a property in Glenwood.

Harry is definitely one of the most authentic and industrious real estate agent in the market. Right from the first meeting through to the auction Harry kept us informed and was very prompt and professional in all his dealings. His attention to details ensured every aspect of the property was highlighted in all the marketing collaterals and greatly aided in achieving the final sale price. Harry and his team was instrumental in achieving the highest record amongst 3 suburbs for our house and completely blew us away with the results! The one thing that stood out about Harry was the genuine manner in which he represented the interests of the buyers and sellers alike. Definitely recommend using Harry if you are thinking of selling your home.

Although contacting several agents, due to personal circumstances the sale of our house did not proceed for some considerable time. Only Lachlan continued to follow-up and provide regular market updates. Not only did he have the understanding of the area and the market, he also took into account our situation – being somewhat reluctant vendors. The assurances given when signing the agency agreement were delivered on with 8 offers and the house sold in a week - a great outcome. Lachlan provided additional information to make us comfortable with our decision to accept the final offer. Even after contracts were exchanged, he continued to assist to make the sale process less stressful. To sum up, Lachlan is not only highly skilled and professional to do the job but also empathetic and amiable. I’d have no reservation in recommending Lachlan and look forward to staying in touch with him and hopefully having another successful future sale.
