There were a couple of unexpected issues risen during the sales, which were not agent’s problems. But Jay had no complaints and took on problems willingly to help us and made the sales as smoothly as possible. It’s never easy selling your most valuable asset but we felt it was in the best of hands. After meeting with Faz the first time we knew he was the right agent for us, so genuine and took the time to listen to us. What stood out to me the most was the work he put during the campaign: taking the time with every interested buyer and the amount of inspections he hosted. We also appreciated the frequent updates of how the campaign was tracking. Would definitely use his services again and recommend to others.

Due to personal circumstances, Jay was tasked with finding a buyer within a very short time. Our feedback for Jay (and his team) Professional, approachable, willing to change plans based upon market response and very responsive to calls. What was planned to be a Saturday day open home became a Fri/Sat/Sun open home and a sale reached on Monday. I must say the least painful/stressful real estate experience we have ever had.

I was dealing with a deceased estate. Prior to her death, my sister-in-law advised me she would like Jay, of Manor Real Estate, to deal with the sale of the house. Her and Jay had been in contact over several years. Following her death; I checked on Manor RE, read the reviews and look at Jay's record of sales. Jay was the consummate professional from the time I met him until the house was sold at auction. Although initially dealing with one Jay's assistants, due to Jay's absence for personal reasons, once the house became available for sale Jay took control of proceedings. Although from the initial appraisal until the house was available for sale was 12 months, Jay kept in contact with advice and updates on the market value. Jay' appraisals of the market were quite accurate in a climate of rising interest rates. The Sale Proposal was excellent outlining all to do with the sale from advertising, to a calendar; outlining initial advertising, to house opens and to the auction. Progress reports, with regards to the house opens were informative and timely. The auction was seamless and achieved an above-valuation result. Thanks Jay and Team Manor, an excellent job all round.
