As a buyer I wasn't overjoyed by the entire experience. Communication was fairly poor, generally given the feeling of not being quite important enough. Not even a phone call on settlement day to say everything has been finalised and collect your keys. Fairly pushy approach once we signed 90 days and then we're told that the sellers were never going to agree on 90 days, which was quite strange.
