My review relates to the service we experienced with Ms Taylor Brown in re-letting our property in Giralang. Our property while in good condition did require some work after almost 20 years of renting. Ms Brown was most helpful in providing suggestions and guidance in respect of work might be done and was at efficient in allowing and supervising access to the property. Ms Brown was prompt in advertising the property and was successful in identifying potential clients after the very first open day. She was also attuned to our needs and those of the tenant and was efficient in facilitating communication between ourselves and the tenants. Ms Brown has a cheerful disposition and was a pleasure to deal with. Well done Ms Brown!

I've had my property listed with LJ Hooker Belconnen for over 12 years. As the property was a little dated, the agent recommended renovations. Taylor organised quotes, even meeting with me at the floor covering and blind suppliers to help choose colours. The property looks amazing and she secured a new tenant at a good rent quickly after the work was complete. I couldn't be happier with the service.
