Chloe was amazing, from helping us see enough homes, to securing the one we loved, she had our back from start to finish. She is an amazing property manager in a market where most wouldn’t give you two seconds because “they are too busy” or “I don’t need to help you because I’ll find a tenant with or without you”. She is doing the best by her landlords, instead of doing what’s easiest. I would highly recommend her.

Thank you for the opportunity to write a review for Julie Neal. Julie was available to take our call when we rang LJ Hooker and provided essential information over the phone. Her genteel nature and the time she gave us to answer all our questions and queries gave us confidence that we had found the right agent. She accepted the prospective tenants we had chosen even though we were aware she had many people waiting who on paper may have looked like better prospective tenants. Julie organised landlord insurance for us and smoke alarm testing services,professional photography and a condition inventory report. Julie kept us well informed with an information pack, emailed us and called us keeping us abreast of stages in preparation for renting our property. Julie was efficient, kept her promises,attended all our scheduled meetings and was kind and caring to our prospective tenants. The tenants are extremely happy with the property and through Julie's skillful communication understand they are very fortunate to have secured this tenancy.
