Moving interstate Julie at LJ Belconnen was super helpful. I walked in for some advice on a Saturday and she was more then willing to help. After a conversation she had organised for me to view some of her rentals which eventually led us to become tenants. We are very thankful for Julie for helping us through this process

Emily took us through on our very first journey for renting out a house via a real estate agent. She was very professional and satisfactory. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She scheduled in open houses as much as needed and got us a tenant within a week, if we excldue the Christmas and New Year stand down.

Our journey with Claudia spanned over 2 yrs. During this time her assistance was invaluable and I can honestly say we would not have gotten through that period without it. Initially we met with several other agencies then Claudia. It was clear from our first meeting that she was very knowledgeable and was the best choice. Due to personal circumstances we made a sudden move to NSW. As we no longer lived in Canberra we needed an agent that we trusted to look after our most valuable asset. Claudia was very organised and always in touch during the process. Claudia found a good tenant and everything went well during the first year. Then the Canberra storm in 2019 hit our property hard. There were multiple insurance claims to be made which meant hours of phone calls, mostly on hold along with everyone else making claims. Claudia took care of all the insurance claims, organised quotes and tradesman. This was a long and lengthy process, masses of paperwork to which Claudia always kept us updated. During the second year we had some significant tenant issues. We had to go to the tribunal to obtain an order to have the tenant vacate the property. This was a slow process. No one thinks this will happen to them but even with the thorough tenant screening and the best agent, a perfect tenant can go awry. Claudia guided us through the tribunal process and handled all of the paperwork. She was thorough and in constant contact every step of the way. Claudia said to us on several occasions “Don’t you worry about any of this, I will look after everything and you just look after yourselves” Claudia went above and beyond on so many occasions and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did during her management of our property. Claudia is a genuinely caring agent who made the whole process run smoothly with what could have been a very strenuous anxious time. Once the insurance claims were finalised we sold the property through LJ Hooker which has enabled us to transition to NSW.

Claudia Pipitone first visited the property to meet with us 2 years ago. Right from the first meeting we were impressed with her friendly professional approach. Claudia guided us through all of the options and the process leaving us feeling very confident about renting our property through LJ Hooker. From that point we met with 3 other real estate property managers. None were as proficient as Claudia which led us to sign with LJ Hooker. She was the clear leader in her field. Having busy lifestyles and no longer living in the same state, it was helpful having LJ Hooker look after all of our accounts, rates etc. We received regular updates on the property including reports and photos after each inspection. Claudia was always quick to follow through with repairs and updates. During the second year we had some tenant problems and needed to attend the tribunal. Claudia took care of everything from start to finish taking charge of the whole process. Then after the Canberra storms we had significant damage to the property. Claudia submitted all the insurance claims and took care of all the paperwork. She honestly went above and beyond so many times. Claudia is knowledgeable and supportive on both a professional and personal level. In all of our years of owning investment properties we have never found a more competent property manager and would never use anyone other than Claudia should we need assistance in the future.

I recently purchased a 1-bedroom apartment as an investment. It had been 20 years since I'd owned an investment property but LJ Hooker was there every step of the way. The service provided by Chloe and the rest of the team was excellent. It was less than two weeks before we had our first inspection and three more days until I had a suitable tenant. LJ Hooker managed all the extra services we required including cleaning, gardening and minor repairs. It simplified the process involved. Equally important, their customer relations skills are fantastic. They are really nice people. No regrets, no problems.
