I recently purchased a 1-bedroom apartment as an investment. It had been 20 years since I'd owned an investment property but LJ Hooker was there every step of the way. The service provided by Chloe and the rest of the team was excellent. It was less than two weeks before we had our first inspection and three more days until I had a suitable tenant. LJ Hooker managed all the extra services we required including cleaning, gardening and minor repairs. It simplified the process involved. Equally important, their customer relations skills are fantastic. They are really nice people. No regrets, no problems.

We choose LJ Hooker Belconnen because it was located close to the property. However, it has worked out very well. Chloe has done an excellent job in guiding us through the daunting process of finding a new tenant and advice on improving the unit . We have appreciated her positive attitude . Yours sincerely Amanda

Pleasantly surprised from start of tenancy right through to the vacating of the property with the professionalism, effectiveness, helpfulness and ease of working with Julie Neal and the team at LJHooker Belconnen. Particularly appreciated the time that went into going through my contract at the start of the tenancy, through to the knowledge and expertise shown regarding matters like inspections and vacating the property. From our first conversation to locking in (very quickly) tenants for our property Chloe Kemp has been friendly, efficient and excellent in responding to our requests for information and in fast tracking all necessary and important steps to securing us tenants. This is the first time we have used a property agent to manage an investment property so we had a large number of questions - Chloe provided answers to all our questions and fast ! Fiona and I quickly established we could confidently trust Chloe's advice and relax knowing our investment property is in good hands. We are very comfortable with our choice of agent and in Chloe's ability to manage our property and we would recommend Chloe to others looking for an agent they can trust!
