I’m glad to have Julie Neal managing my properties and rest assured that they’re in good hands. I always feel that she has my best interests in mind and she understands what’s important to me as an investor and landlord. She’s a great communicator, keeps me updated and consults me when appropriate. Thanks to Julie I’ve always been fortunate to have had high quality, long-term tenants who have taken good care of my properties. My experience with Julie has been nothing but positive and I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone who is looking for a property manager. Thanks Julie!

Emily was nothing short of fantastic in every way. Her attention to details in both the advice she provided, soliciting of prospective tenants, reviews and recommendations were impeccable. Having come from a situation at a different agent - I couldn’t be more impressed with LJHooker Belconnen and specifically Emily.

I require an agent (Emily) who can take all the worry out of managing my property, have a system to identify problems quickly when they arise, and "keep on top of tenants", as that was my chief problem when I was doing all this work myself many years ago.
