We have Emily Glover as our Property Manager on two residential properties and she has proven herself time after time. We currently have a bit of a difficult tenant in one property and she has been able to filter the complaints and report any "actual" issues in a prompt manner and always sees them through until they have been rectified. Our second property was listed for lease for only a blink of an eye before Emily was able to secure us a tenant for an exceptional price. As soon as the approval was given the tenant had signed the lease and moved in, in a span of about 3days (approval day included). Her communication with us is fantastic and she is certainly on the ball with all goings on in the tenancies. I'd highly recommend Emily as a Property Manager to anyone. Kind Regards Liz Thornton
