Ben was great to work with, nothing was too much trouble.

Purchase of 32 Madeira Close Portland
Despite being reasonably new to the industry at the time, Jason demonstrated he had a very good knowledge of real estate sales. He was able to provide accurate and current local residential vs rental market information and conveyed a genuine sense of enthusiasm in helping us find the right property for our needs - which indeed he did. A credit to Assets sales.

Great person to deal with
After trying a couple of other realestate agencies in the area who were no help at all, we met Jason at Assets realestate. From the first greeting he was respectful, knowledgeable and willing to listen to our needs. We were very particular with what we were looking for & were glad that Jason came our way . He must have spent days , even weeks & found exactly what we wanted. Jason made the process of buying a house so easy & without stress. Great job !!! We are currently working with Jason to buy another house in the area. We cannot recommend him enough!!!!!

Purchase of my new home
About 4 months ago I booked a house inspection with Jason, he new what I was after and kept me up to date with prospective properties, I was after a house with nice street appeal and what was important to me I had to be able to fit my car in a shed, which wasn't easy because I needed 2.3 meters clearance. When this property became available it was listed on the Saturday, I had an inspection on the Tuesday we ran the tape measure over the garage all good purchased on the Wednesday Jason's priority was with the client - but he was there for the vendor as well, I have dealt with other real-estates but my experience here I wouldn't go any where else - Thank you for finding my forever home Cheers.

Purchase in Portland
We first met Jason at an auction unrelated to the purchase of our house we bought and found him to be very friendly. Unsuccessful at the auction we got talking to Jason about other properties in Portland and he had good knowledge of the area and the current market. We did a drive by of the house we have bought and he organised entry to the place within minutes. We submitted an offer and he was very quick to negotiate price with the vendor and relay back to us. During the whole process Jason has shown much professionalism and very prompt communication also. When I moved to Portland Jason went out of his way to organise people to help unload the truck which shows to me that he is very much there to help his clients. The day we moved into the house Jason met us there with a welcome/thank you hamper which was very nice. Would recommend Jason to anyone as we were very happy with his services. Thank you
