I was appointed as an Executor for the sale of a property in the Bolwarra area. I don't sell houses every day so was somewhat reticent to embark on this adventure, or challenge! I relied totally on his expertise in the setting of the asking price, then the handling of negotiations in circumstances which were complex for a variety of reasons. Kevin is a man who certainly knows his job when it comes to selling houses. His friendly attitude and competency made the experience of buying a home less stressful. Unfortunately I was unable to make the trip back home to dialogue with Kevin personally but we were able sort matters out via the phone and help from one of my relatives in town.
