When we come down from Melbourne Ben had only just started with the Company, but you would not have known he was very professional. Ben was always in communication with us in Melbourne and was so dedicated to helping us to achieve the purchase that we needed. Earnest, helpful, and overall nice person
Ben was always bright and pleasant to deal with, and a 'rookie' in the sales team. We quickly established a good rapport with him, and there were elements of fun, actually, when viewing most properties. When the crunch-time came he managed to squeeze that extra for us on price, and away we went. We have given him an open invitation to visit whenever he can, as he expressed a wish to see the progress and gradual improvements we intend making; he became part of the discussions on what we saw as needing to be done, and understanding where we were at. We have been told we'll always be welcome to watch him play in his 'Rules' matches! Saying all that, we have had an overall very good experience with those 'Assets' team whom we have had need to deal with.

Very Happy with the outcome Kevin did a great job.
Our home had been listed a couple of times and did not sell, once we got Kevin as the agent, he found the right buyer and was able to negotiate a price that we were happy with. When we are ready to buy another home or investment property within the area, we will go straight to see Kevin.
