Ben did an awesome job with our house purchase, stopping at nothing to negotiate a sale regardless of how many questions we threw at him or how many phone calls he had to make back and forth between purchaser's and vendor and vendor! We would highly recommend him for anyone looking to by in the Portland and district area, and challenge you to find a harder working more honest realestate agent

We have bought and sold a number of properties and have always found "Happ" to be very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. All our sales have happened in very short time frames and easily. Nothing is ever too much trouble!

Ben helped my father find a house during a stressful stage in his life. Ben was very compassionate and listened to his needs that changed as circumstances changed. Ben was always easy to contact and on the ball if questions arose. We were very happy with Ben's manner and ability. Regards Lynette

Ben's natural enthusiasm combines with his strong market knowledge to bring buyers and sellers together. Then his strong negotiating skills bring desirable outcomes for each party. I can recommend Ben to others looking for a dynamic real estate agent.

We found Kevin more than helpful during our purchase, He was very knowledgeable, courteous and very forthcoming with answers to our many questions. Kevin is very polite, helpful and welcoming and also gave us insight to Portland as we are new to the town.

Ben was great from our first conversation right through to settlement. He worked very hard to help find us what we wanted. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We highly recommend Ben. Other agents in the town did very little work to help us, Ben went above and beyond.

Ben was very easy to deal with and a great help throughout the entire process of buying our first home. He actively searched the market for multiple properties that would suit our needs and was never discourage if a property was not quite what we were after. Ben made the entire process very streamline by using both a formal phone call or a simple out of hours text message to keep us in the loop and didn't hesitate to take us through the same property multiple times. Overall we would like to thank Ben for his service and would highly recommend him others.

Upon taking over from a previous sales agent, Ben made a quick sale to my delight!!!
