Josh was amazing to work with, The house we were interested in, didn’t have a floor plan, been 45mins from where I lived, Josh organised video walk through of the property. After viewing it, I organised a two inspections, with no hassle. On meeting Josh in person, the vibe was he is very cool calm relaxed person. Didn’t pressure us with time when viewing the property. Every question we had about the property Josh responded quickly. With me being Shift worker Josh was happy to speak outside of business hours. He does have very good knowledge of small community towns. Definitely highly recommend Josh for purchasing your forever home, me being a first home buyer he explains the step by step process, making it all easy to understand.

It was an absolute pleasure buying a property through Jason at Asset RE. Prior to inspecting the property, Jason sent me all the information I requested and included some additional bit's about the property that were so informative. During the inspection (my 4th for the day but 1st with Asset RE), Jason allowed me to view the property at my own leisure, allowing me to embrace all the property had to offer. Which was not experienced with other real estate agents. The negotiation period was handle with upmost professionalism and updated information was quickly relayed. I most certainly would (I have no intention of moving for a long time) use Jason from Asset RE for any future transactions.
