When we first met up with Erin, she made us very relaxed and at ease, with us not having sold a house before. Erin advised us with confidence that the house would sell well. Whenever there was a show of interest, we were advised about the number of prospective clients that have shown interest. The house was sold to the 2nd interested party and we were advised with great contact that settlement. We highly recommend Erin for her approach, professionalism, and excellent feedback / contact during the process.
