I have been using Karyn Fairbanks to both Buy and sell properties for the past 4 years. Karyn showed me this property at 79 Linkfield Rd Bald Hills just over 12 months ago and her professionalism and experience as an agent helped me successfully transact to buy the property from the vendor. Karyn came back to me just recently and asked if I would like to sell the property for a healthy profit as she has someone keen to purchase in the area. I agreed to sell if the price was right and to my amazement I had a contract with a short due diligence period and a quick settlement and the offer left me with a very healthy profit. I just settled the sale last week. A lot of agents tell you they have buyers just to get the listing but with Karyn she actually delivers.
