Karyn provides excellent feedback from the buyer to enable us to work together to get a positive result. Karyn has the extensive market knowledge, is a great communicator, and manages to get the job done. The issue with a lot of real estate agents is that they do not have the ability to close the deal but Karyn has managed it 3 from 3 now so do yourself a favor and ring her up when you are selling or looking to buy as she is definitely the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with.
