I recently purchased a house from her in Augustine heights. From a buyers point of view, it was an awful service I received from Karyn Fairbanks. First of all, I was told a plenty of lies about the current condition of the property and the appliances. Secondly, pre settlement conditions were not met and the she disappeared from the settlement conversation and pushed to receive the house as it is without the conditions met. Thirdly, the behaviour before and after the contract signing was highly contrasting. I expected more honesty and transparency from her. Don’t recommend to future property buyers.

Karyn has managed to sell another one of my properties. She must have a list of buyers in her back pocket as the process didn't take very long. I asked Karyn to see if she could find a buyer for 3 adjoining properties I own that are suitable for residential development. Karyn found a buyer with short Duelligance and a 45-day settlement. Karyn's commitment to getting a result is second to none. Her polite and truthful mannerism makes you comfortable all through the sale process and nothing is an issue for her. Karyn provides excellent feedback from the buyer to enable us to work together to get a positive result. Karyn has the extensive market knowledge, is a great communicator, and manages to get the job done. The issue with a lot of real estate agents is that they do not have the ability to close the deal but Karyn has managed it 3 from 3 now so do yourself a favor and ring her up when you are selling or looking to buy as she is definitely the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with.
