We were so lucky to have Oresti selling the house that we bought in Clear Island Waters. Oresti is a superb agent and a rare bird because he cares deeply not only for the people selling the house but also for those buying it. There was a problem with old termite damage to the house we had set our hearts on and Oresti took us all, vendors and buyers, through the process of a complete fixing and total restoration of the problem. He did this with good humour, an incalculable fund of knowledge, great efficiency and extraordinary timeliness. He encouraged us to verbalise our questions and answered them with great fluency and accuracy.
