John perseveered through an awkward selling situation whilst having difficulty with my tenants, Once they were gone,he facilitated the interior and exterior painting of the house, And then also organised the display furniture package put in,at his recommendation, The house was quickly sold for far more than had been previously offered, and I believe a realistic price was achieved, John worked diligently to achieve this outcome And I highly recommend him, I must add I was not satisfied with the settlement agent and had to prompt them on different occasions,and the format of their settlement statement was more than confusing
