We are satisfied with the procedures involved in purchasing our new home at 8 KINGSTON HEATH PLACE. Oresti presented the property well and got us access when required. His manner was always pleasant , sometimes under duress, and although there were complications that lasted the best part of two months before it was finalised there was always an indication that a contract would evolve. And it did. We are now happily residing at No: 8 and totally pleased that we are. John perseveered through an awkward selling situation whilst having difficulty with my tenants, Once they were gone,he facilitated the interior and exterior painting of the house, And then also organised the display furniture package put in,at his recommendation, The house was quickly sold for far more than had been previously offered, and I believe a realistic price was achieved, John worked diligently to achieve this outcome And I highly recommend him, I must add I was not satisfied with the settlement agent and had to prompt them on different occasions,and the format of their settlement statement was more than confusing

Of all the property purchases/sales over the past 30 years in SE Qld, Oresti was by far the best. He knows the Clear Island Waters market like no-one else, and is passionate about the area. He offered sane and credible advice at the right times, and stepped in to negotiate with the owners on behalf of his less experienced colleague as and when required. As a buyer, I was very impressed, and we had a great deal of confidence in his ability to act fairly on both sides of the transaction. Highly recommended in my view.
