Thomas was brilliant to work with. Communication regarding how to present the house, assistance with outside subcontractors to get things done , and the why and how of the marketing and sales was exceptional. It was knowing I could ask and would get an informed reply in a good time frame made a stressful experience easier. The way Thomas dealt with the tenant issues related to the new regulations was impressive, then we could move on with house preparation and sale.

We selected Belle, because of their reputation, to be our agent for the sale. Michael visited us and from the start we were impressed with his approach, knowledge of the area and his methodology for our sale. His recommendation for the timing of the sale was soundly based and logically reasoned. Throughout the presale period he kept us informed of the market and guided us in presentation for inspections, giving us time to prepare our home. The open inspections were conducted in a carefully orchestrated manner, at a good time each day to capitalise all aspects of our home. In the final stages he very successfully negotiated price and conditions that we were very pleased with. Michael’s dedication to his profession and his personal skills have to be admired, we felt that we were his only client and we received his total commitment.
