They were happy for me to contribute to the description presented. Their photographer was exceptional. I was kept in the loop regularly with feedback from open inspections and potential buyers who were making competing offers, the results of which I was very happy. I really liked talking with Rhys because he is on the ball, knows the area, the market, and the prospective buyers which means his appraisal is realistic for the type of buyer that would be interested in the property. One very small point of concern is that after each open inspection either a door window was left unsecured. This meant we had to make a special trip back to the property to check security. I am aware that the Open Inspections run on a very tight time frame but perhaps more attention needs to be paid to the property security in future.
