Rhys and his assistant were very good and professional in what was a difficult time I would just say that the price was probably where i expected it but it leaves a disappointing flavour when the marketed price is not reached. Im sure my wife was very disappointed with the price because of the value that was sold

On meeting Michael Gentilcore for the first time I thought he was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the realestate industry. At all times he was most helpful and trustworthy in carrying out what ever I ask of him which was more than usual for I was absent throughout the selling period. I would cerntainly recommend Michael to anyone wanting to Sell or purchase a property. He showed enthusiasm and enjoyment of his work. I would rate him 10 /10.
