Met with Dave and Jack to discuss valuation of property being purchased in Glenelg. Valuation came in under expectation. Belle to question and ask for re evaluation. Happy with the discussion re Belle managing the property. Plan is for short term stays.

Rhys was great to work with - easy to get in touch with and very responsive to enquiries. Overall, Belle Property are one of the best agents we have dealt with in over a year of looking for a home.

From the beginning of the campaign until the sale of our home we could not have been more impressed with Rhys and the Belle Property Glenelg team. The level of professionalism, communication and expertise in all areas of the campaign was outstanding. It was a pleasure every step of the way working with Rhys and the team.

Both Agents, Jack and David, were excellent. David was especially helpful in negotiations between us and the Vendor, and for us securing the property! Communications by both Jack and David were always timely and informative . Thank you for all your help.

Rhys was very helpful at each stage of the process. He was patient with someone who was unfamiliar with the selling process and I feel we achieved a good outcome.
