I have been on a very positive journey of selling my unit with Michael and he has done all the hard work. All had to do was accept or reject price offers. As I am not in Adelaide (or even SA), he has managed to do everything online and he communicated progress with me regularly. Michael suggested a conveyancer, organised a cleaner and a furniture removalist. I could not recommend him more highly. for professionalism and going that extra distance to help clients out.

"David Ferrari & his team were very helpful throughout the entire sales process. Due to not living in Adelaide, David co-ordinated a personal inspection to an apartment similar to the one I purchased. The attention to detail has been excellent and I would definitely recommend Belle Property to anyone considering buying or selling their property. Nick - Mildura"

Michael was awesome throughout the sales process. he never pressured us and always listened to us about what we wanted to do. The sale took longer than anticipated and he worked his but off to get us as close to what we wanted. I highly recommend Michael and the team at Belle.

Rhys's knowledge of the current market is second to none. His approach to the sale was absolutely amazing. Constant feedback/communication throughout the campaign was extremely appreciated. He was honest, direct and worked extremely hard towards obtaining a fantastic result. He understood the property intimately, and put forward a marketing campaign completely bespoke to the property. I will continue to use Rhys moving forward. There is no doubt he is one of the most efficient agents in SA.

Rhys, thanks once again for coming through for us. First the sale of our house and now the sale of the land in a very short period of time and at a price better than what we had discussed. A wonderful outcome! Thanks and look forward to future engagement on other property sales...
