David's knowledge of the housing market and what house buyers are looking for is really impressive. Prior to putting our house on the market, he advised us on what we needed to fix/change/update/leave in our house and yard to present our house and appeal to potential buyers. We did exactly what he said and he was spot on and we received multiple offers after our first open house.
