Taraan was extremely patient as we completed some works on the house to prepare it for sale. During this time, he continually provided support and advice. Once the property was on the market, Taraan and the team did an amazing job with the photos, videos and marketing the property. During the opens we had an amazing turn out and on auction day there was approximately 100 people for the auction. We ended up getting the higher end of what we wanted and we are extremely happy. I would recommend Taraan again to anyone looking to sell in the Mitcham area.

Wen knows the area and knows the customer. I was very relieved to have someone with this knowledge that I could trust and take advice from. Wen was very patient and explained things I didn't understand in plain speak and as many times as needed. He also got the very best price for my father and that was the best outcome we could hope for. Thanks Wen and your team from our family.

We are thrilled with our decision to choose Evan as our sales representative for our property. After interviewing several local agents in Doncaster, we found Evan's approach and transparency particularly compelling. He fulfilled his promises and worked diligently on our behalf, including arranging extra inspections and hosting two open houses each Saturday to ensure optimal exposure. Evan’s auction style was highly engaging, making the entire process enjoyable. We deeply appreciate his efforts and have no hesitation in recommending him to our neighbors for their property sales. Thank you, Evan!

We reached out to Demi to sell our home because she is the No. 1 agent in the area, after meeting her, we were sure we found the right agent. She and her team are great to deal with, always responses quickly to our enquiries and kept us very well updated through out the campaign. We knew it wasn't an easy property to sell, but Demi handled it so well that we got the result we want in less than 4 weeks time. Thank you Demi

I had the pleasure of working with Calvin from CHN Real Estate for the sale of my property in Box Hill South. From day one, I had complete confidence and trust in Calvin. He set a realistic expectation during our initial meeting and assured me he would achieve this figure. Throughout the entire campaign, Calvin demonstrated unwavering honesty, diligence, and straightforwardness. His knowledge and expertise about the market are truly second to none. He thoroughly understood both the product he was selling and the location, which enabled him to provide invaluable guidance throughout the entire process. I have no doubt he extended this expertise to potential buyers as well. One of Calvin's standout advantages is his role as the auctioneer. Serving as both the lead agent and auctioneer, Calvin established strong relationships with prospective buyers. By auction day, he knew many of them on a first-name basis and understood their enthusiasm for the property. This personal touch undoubtedly contributed to achieving a fantastic result. On the day of the auction, Calvin and his dedicated team at CHN Real Estate gave their all. Their commitment was evident, and they approached the sale with the same dedication and care as if it were their own property. Calvin not only met the initial expectation but exceeded it by an incredible $150,000.00. I cannot recommend Calvin and his team at CHN Real Estate highly enough. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for their clients are unmatched. If you're looking for a real estate agent who combines expertise with a personal touch, look no further than Calvin and CHN Real Estate.
