10/10 would recommend Steven and his team to anyone in the market
Steven was a professional from start to finish. Promised to deliver and delivered on the promises. Was always kept up to date with the campaign, counselled with advice and always made time to answer any questions. Was an excellent experience for a very nervous first time seller. 10/10 would recommend Steven and his team to anyone in the market.

I chose Wen over other agents, as he impressed the most with his knowledge & record in the area
I chose Wen over other agents I had spoken with as he impressed the most with his knowledge and sales record in the Blackburn North area. Wen was in regular contact by either messaging, phone or email keeping me updated with how the property was tracking towards auction. I would strongly recommend Wen and the team at Buxton.

Excellent! Very knowledgeable of the area
Excellent! Very knowledgeable of the area. Very prompt in sending out details of the open for inspections with people's views on the property. The auction went perfectly. Wen Yu was excellent with his overall work ethics on the day. I will highly recommend Wen and Buxton.

Calvin is professional, thorough, friendly and knows his stuff.
Buxton Box Hill has sold many properties in Box Hill North in particular, so knows the area. Prior to our auction, we attended six auctions with other agency's auctioneers and one with Calvin. We were impressed - his auction methodology is one of patience. Whereas other auctioneers, trying to regenerate some enthusiasm among the bidders when the bids are slowing down, would do the "going once, twice, three times" routine, Calvin would simply continue to describe the virtues of our property and how good life would be living there. Sure enough, the bidding would pick up again. At the start of the bidding process, he put his gavel down on the front veranda and he didn't pick it up until he sensed the bidding was done and he needed to use it.

Calvin, Jim and the team at Buxton Box Hill are a well oiled auction machine. They know the local market inside out and work extremely well together to secure the highest auction result. Calvin provides sound advice, and was very responsive to all my texts, calls and emails. He readily advised me on my new home purchase too, before I’d even signed on.
